General information

Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems. Actions make an HTTP request to the app according to a scenario with a specific URL and preconfigured request body.

You can use Albato tools, your own JavaScript code, or actions available from the receiving system to automate tasks. For instance, say you need to create a new ticket in the system. To do that, just add an action to the automation via "plus."



Choose the receiving system, the action to perform and specify your connection.
